Who I am and How I Work
I’m a very calm and empathetic person.
People often tell me that I have a peaceful energy – and that’s exactly what I bring to every photoshoot.
You don’t have to know how to pose or what to do.
We take our time, breathe, laugh a little – and the photos happen almost naturally.
How my photography journey started
Photography has been part of my life for as long as I can remember.
I got my first camera when I was 10 – the quality was… let’s call it nostalgic – but from that moment on I was fascinated by capturing moments.
I noticed early on how much images pull me in.
Even during times when I wasn’t constantly shooting, the interest never really left me.
Photos and videos have always been my way of capturing emotions that are hard to put into words.
In 2020 I started taking photography more seriously and first specialized in dog photography.
I experimented a lot, learned, took a break – but somehow my path always leads me back to the camera.
Today I know that photography isn’t a coincidence for me – it’s exactly what feels right.
Sometimes you have to take a few detours to understand where you truly belong.
Why Explorify ?
Explorify stands for discovering, feeling and experiencing real life.
The name connects my photography with my passion for travel and storytelling.
Whether here in Germany or somewhere on the road - I want to capture moments you’ll never forget.
My connection to animals
Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember.
My dog Pina is always by my side – she reminds me every day how important trust and patience are.
For many years I mainly photographed dogs and cats – from energetic youngsters to gentle senior souls.
When I work with animals, I do so calmly, patiently and without pressure.
They are free to explore, settle in and simply be themselves.
Why I photograph humans
I love capturing real connections – between families, friends or in quiet moments just for yourself.
For me, the most beautiful images are the small gestures.
I observe a lot, direct only when needed and prefer real moments over stiff poses.
